Hotel Information

The hotel information and pictures provided to customers have been provided to RoomsCo Lda. by supplier(s) dealing directly with the hotels. The hotels are committed to honouring all bookings made through RoomsCo.

Customer Details

Your email address will be used for all future correspondence regarding this booking as well as your telephone number can be used for any kind of contact by RoomsCo team regarding any changes or questions about your booking.

Cancellations and Amendments

RoomsCo reserves the right to cancel any booking if either a correct and active email address or a correct and active telephone number are not given during the booking process.If RoomsCo identify any issue with your booking, RoomsCo will make every reasonable effort to contact you using the email address and phone number provided by you during the booking process.

Cancellations by you, the customer, must be done through the link on your confirmation email and must be done taking the booking cancellation conditions into consideration. This applies to all bookings.

Please note that for all cancellations, RoomsCo will make every effort to ensure that cancellation charges are kept to a minimum but please check your booking cancellation terms and conditions indicated at the booking , as these will vary between hotels and dates booked.

Exact terms and conditions for your specific booking can be viewed online prior to booking creation; once booking is completed these terms can also be viewed on your confirmation email.

Accuracy of Information

The hotel information, star ratings and quality of accommodation are compiled from information provided by the hotels. We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of all areas of the website, including all hotel information, are accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, content changing, omissions or misleading information contained therein.


In the unlikely event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will endeavour to offer an alternative hotel at an equivalent standard and price, as close to your original hotel as possible. If this is not possible, or if you are not satisfied with the replacement hotel, we shall refund to you in full the cost of your original booking with RoomsCo.

In the event that a hotel ceases trading, RoomsCo will contact you prior to your arrival date to suggest an alternative accommodation or can also issue you with a full refund immediately, however please note that RoomsCo will not be responsible for the expenses of the alternative accommodation if the original hotel booked ceases trading.


Email in relation to this booking and/or any future correspondence and any attachments sent by employees and officers of RoomsCo is believed to be free of any virus, worm, Trojan horse, and/or malicious code when sent. Each electronic mail message and its attachments could have been infected during transmission. By reading any message received by RoomsCo and opening any attachments, the recipient accepts full responsibility for taking protective and remedial action about viruses and other defects. The sender is not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from the message or its attachments.

City Taxes
